Over the fourteen years we have been established as an independent lawn care business, we have noticed a recurring pattern when new customers begin using our services.

Following an initial lawn survey and quotation, many customers are happy to make an early investment in lawn reconstruction. Using professional equipment such as heavy-duty aerators, scarifiers and seed disc drills, we achieve dramatic improvements, often leaving customers delighted with the transformation.

We then move on to relatively inexpensive seasonal treatments every 8–12 weeks, which help keep the lawn looking its best. However, over time, lawns will naturally begin to deteriorate again, and further mechanical work becomes necessary.

At this stage, customers typically contact us for an inspection. This often results in a recommendation for repeat aeration, scarification and related treatments. As this work is labour-intensive and requires specialist machinery, the cost can come as an unexpected surprise. In some cases, this may lead to dissatisfaction, with customers either reluctantly reinvesting or, worse, cancelling their service altogether.

The simple reality is that maintaining a healthy lawn requires both regular seasonal treatments and periodic mechanical work.

After careful consideration, we decided to enhance our service and improve customer satisfaction by introducing a monthly payment option. This package can include mechanical work, helping to spread the cost and avoid unexpected expenses—particularly important in the current economic climate, where managing household budgets is a priority.

We believe this approach benefits both our customers and our business, allowing us to deliver a more comprehensive service while creating happier, longer-term relationships.

Customers can still choose our traditional pay-as-you-go invoice option, which remains available. The new package plans are simply an additional choice.

For a limited time, we are offering both new and existing customers a discount, along with the opportunity to freeze prices for two years when taking out one of our package plans.
